Customer Service Manager
We are seeking an experienced leader to serve as the Customer Service Manager. This individual will be a customer-focused professional with the ability to develop and motivate the Customer Service Representatives and the technical support teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.
In addition, the Customer Service Manager will be responsible for driving positive change in the delivery of excellent customer service, sales, and responses to technical inquiries from customers. The qualified candidate will have a customer loyalty focus and a strong desire to deliver proactive world-class service and support. This position reports to the V.P. of Sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Customer Service and Technical Service Representatives to provide exceptional customer service utilizing motivational, team, training and incentive oriented methods.
- Creatively foster excitement, energy, and enthusiasm to motivate the team.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with employees and customers.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Develop process and policies to maintain effective and efficient customer and tech- support service to customers.
- Recommend improvements/changes to workflow, procedures or policies and ensures that all team members are fully informed and trained.
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training new employees.
- Plan, assign, and direct workflow.
- Conduct formal and informal team training.
- Coach, develop, and maximize production of customer service and technical support team members.
- Establish and monitor metrics including regular assessment of department performance.
- Make recommendations on strategy adjustments to improve the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
- Identify and act on performance trends to ensure attainment of goals.
- Monitor phone calls to observe team member’s accuracy and professionalism and ensure the team is living up to the company’s mission, vision and values.
- Monitor work in queue, prioritize work load and delegate tasks to team leader to ensure company standards are being met and assuring superior customer satisfaction.
- Handle complex customer issues escalated by customer service representatives or team lead.
- Coach team members to troubleshoot routine as well as difficult customer issues.
- Work with outside sales force.
- Participates in daily, weekly, and monthly cross-functional meetings to discuss and resolve operational and technical issues.
- Identify leads, develop and organize training, re-training and cross-training of team members.
- Prepare and present a variety of management reports, including explanation of variances, significant trends, and recommendations for change or resolution. Keeps VP of Sales informed of department issues, trends, challenges, and recommend resolutions.
- Participates in sales presentations, demonstrations and new client implementations.
- Perform annual performance reviews at least annually with team members.
- Attend trade shows and sales meetings.
- Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Technical Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced leader to serve as our Technical Project Manager. This individual will manage our internal and external programming, development and QA resources to ensure that project delivery meets specifications, timelines and budget.
In addition, the Technical Project Manager will be responsible for collaborating with the Product Team to propose effective programming solutions to ensure efficiency of process in meeting the market requirements. This position reports to the V.P. of IT and Data Security.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all in-house and outsourced programming, development and QA resources.
- Participate in resource planning with the Product Management Team.
- Responsible for creation of all technical and functional specifications for development projects that reflect the development techniques and processes required to fulfill the market requirements specification provided.
- Execute project plans for development from the Product Management Team and the Business Development Team.
- Communicate project requirements to QA Manager throughout the project.
- Apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
- Recognize system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
- Assures delivery of all technical components of projects to defined specifications, timelines and budget.
- Understand complex database concepts and effectively employs different database design techniques.
- Establish and monitor metrics including regular assessment of department performance.

Director of Domestic Sales
The Director of Domestic Sales will be responsible for managing, mentoring, developing and inspiring a team of both outside and inside sales representatives. This person will motivate and coach the sales organization to their highest level by using Atomic Learning’s defined selling process. This person will assist the sales team with territory planning, account acquisitions, and market penetration strategies in K12, Higher Education and the Business arena. This position reports to the V.P. of Sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, develop, inspire, and manage a team of both outside and inside sales representatives to achieve the company’s sales objectives
- Motivate and coach the sales organization to perform at their highest level.
- Assist with recruiting and hiring new sales force as necessary
- Provide formal and informal consultative sales training through Atomic Learning’s selling process
- Measure performance of each sales professional by developing account plans and actions steps for each sales team member
- Develop and review weekly activity reports to assure behaviors are aligned with expected sales results
- Ensure that Salesforce.com is updated in a real time fashion with client information
- Ensure that all domestic sales representatives are taking initiatives to meet their budgeted revenue goals
- Ensure that all inside and outside sales representatives are achieving their monthly activity requirements
- Conduct bi-weekly one-on-one discussions with sales representatives
- Perform annual performance reviews on all inside and outside domestic sales team members
- Communicate regularly with the inside customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction/retention
- Demonstrate operational excellence by delivering all requested sales reports, forecasts, budget information and other requested information in a timely and accurate manner
